The project has a 500,000-square-foot luxury and premium retail center, two residential towers- REACH and RISE, 352-room EAST Miami hotel, and two mid-rise office towers. The shopping center has been constructed with eco-friendly ways of reducing carbon footprints, while lush plantings have been installed at all corners.
