Being a picturesque and ideal place to relax and enjoy some striking and panoramic views, Belgrade Fortress is very famous amongst the tourists. Belgrade fortress is separated into four sections, two of which encompasses the fortress itself (Donji Grad, that is lower town and Gornji Grad, the Upper town.) However, the other two comprises ‘The Park of Kalemegdan,’ which set the borders of the protected areas as the rivers of Danube and Sava. Many tourists visit Belgrade because of the park which has numerous winding walking paths, historical architecture, and splendid river views. Moreover, the entrance of the fortress, the so-called Stambol Gate includes some amazing military cannons, tanks, and anti-aircraft guns.
