One of the most famous pedestrians and shopping areas in Belgrade, KnezMihailova Street is considered as one of the most valuable and oldest landmarks in the city and it is more evident in the old architectural design of the buildings of the street. Besides, the street is nicely decorated and very safe due to the fact that it is protected by law. In fact, it has been named as one of the most beautiful pedestrian zones in South East Europe and is a persistent hub of visitors. In addition, while strolling pedestrians enjoy the old and traditional music which is played by the Gipsy. The street is full of life and very vibrant especially with a lot of street souvenir vendors, shops, musicians and eateries.
It is 350 meters from the city center and takes around 5 minutes to drive to reach here.
