A small village near Fethiye, Oludeniz is known for its Blue Lagoon and is a picture perfect location. Translated from Turkish as the “Dead Sea,” the Blue Lagoon is a national nature reserve and is popular for its shades of turquoise and aquamarine. Frequently rated among the top 5 beaches in the world by travelers and journals alike, the place holds a significant position in tourism for Turkey. The lagoon is known for its still Mediterranean waters. There are numerous paragliding sports companies such as Sky Sports and Reaction which offer you a panoramic aerial view of the lagoon that will leave you thrilled and gasping for more. You may rent beach chairs from facilities on the beach. In summer, partying can go on till late into the night.
