About Babadağ

Babadag, actually refers to a mountain near Fethiye in the Mugla province. The town with the same name was formerly known as Babatag and is situated on a small lake around the Taiţa river, in northern Dobruja's densely-wooded highlands. It has one of the several tombs of Sari Saltik found in town. It is popular for the amazing paragliding and breathtaking views from the top. There are many lovely restaurants at the top and soon the chairlift will be in place. If you get the opportunity to go up Babadag Mountain, don't miss out as the view is quite mesmerizing. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience here can be the tandem paragliding if you can calm your nerves!
