The Upper Barakka Gardens face the Grand Harbour. From the terrace, you can witness one of the most picturesque views in Malta. One can capture an unparalleled view of the only natural harbor in the Mediterranean with the three cities at its backdrop. It pulls in many Maltese and tourists all year round.
