Teatro alla Scala, one of the world’s greatest opera houses started on 3rd August 1778, has hosted some of Italy’s most famous opera and other performances. Teatro alla Scala's original structure was reconstructed in 1907. During the bombings of World War II, the theater got seriously damaged. Due to that, it was rebuilt the way we know today.
