About San Siro Stadium

San Siro Stadium is a football stadium in the San Siro district of Milan. Its official name since March 3, 1980, is the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium. Built in 1925, the San Siro Stadium is one of the most famous stadiums known internationally. It has a seating capacity of 80,018 people which makes it one of the largest stadiums in Europe, and also the largest stadium in Italy. San Siro also has a museum inside the stadium. The museum traces 100 years of soccer history through a fascinating display including strips, trophies and medals, football boots, and other artifacts.

How to reach

Metro -  M5 metro line to stop San Siro Stadio. Tram - Tram 16 to stop San Siro Stadio.
Both the metro and tram, lines fares: €1.50 for a single ticket that allows 90-minute travel. A 24-hour travel ticket costs €4.50, and a 48-hour travel ticket costs €8.25.
You can also take a taxi to reach San Siro Stadium with a minimum fare starting from €3.30.
