About Navigli Canal

The Navigli Canal is a 150 km long network that connects the city with the rivers and lakes in the Lombardian region. This canal is such a beautiful area really worth visiting. The construction of the canal was started in 1179 and it is one of the largest inland ports in Italy, despite the absence of the main river. The surrounding area covers one of the most beautiful parts of Milan and especially a great place for art lovers who will enjoy exploring small galleries.
