Ulugh-Beg Madrasaah
Ulughbeg Madrassah was found in 1417. Ulughbeg was an enlightened and intellectual person and was serious about development in science in his kingdom. It was built in the hope that one day it would become a centre of Science and Development. Its architecture is unique but the built is majestic. The inscription carved on the entrance gate is taken from the Holy Quran. It says' The pursuit of knowledge is the responsibility of every Muslim man and woman'.Ulughbeg was a well-known astronomer. And so does the architectural design showcase astral patterns. The students at Ulughbeg Madrassa used to study Mathematics, Science, Arabic and religious subjects.
