Bold mosaics and frescoes carved gently into the domes and pillars of the Chora Church make it a feast for the eyes. The church walls so beautifully meddled with, depicting the genealogy of Jesus Christ and the New Testaments, are a sight to see. The Church now a secularised museum is a masterpiece from the outside, resonating with the same bold design the Greeks were famous for. The Orthodox designs are earthy and naturalistic, Once the center of the Christian religion, the rich architecture and design are worth the trip to the Chora church.
