About Manavgat Waterfalls

The Manavgat Fall nicknamed as Turkey’s Niagara is an amazing spot for picnics, gatherings or for just enjoying the natural splendor of the falls and imbibing the vigor of fast flowing waters. The white water foaming through the rocks creates a picturesque scene around the valley. Manavgat River is the world's longest underground river and has an enormous water supply. There are two dams called Oymapınar and Manavgat for hydroelectricity for the region and to supply water for agriculture in the river plains. The shady, beautifully planted gardens near the waterfalls provide a great place to rest and enjoy the nature around.
