Hadrian's gate is itself a wonder point and a must-visit historic attraction. The Hadrian Gate or Üçkapılar is the only remaining entrance gate in the city of Antalya. This impressive three-arched gate was erected to celebrate the visit of Emperor Hadrian in 130 AD. Made with white marble and richly decorated the gate speaks tales of the rich Greek culture. The grandest of the gates, this gate also had a second storey known to a few. A leisure walk around the city gives a feel of the majestic city with its royal colorful history. With age-old preserved ruins, many landmarks, shops, and scenic sites the city have a lot to explore and enjoy.
The Hadrian Gate is located in the Old Antalya with several boutique hotels. It can be reached by taxi or public transport easily as it's a 16 minute drive. The local tram also passes through the site and is easily accessible. A short walk from the city center.
