Located adjacent to the PAF Base Faisal on the main Shahrah-e-Faisal, this museum was inaugurated on the 14 August 1997 by the Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Abbas Khattak. It was opened to the general public only in October 1997. The museum is surrounded by green lawns. There are galleries where you can see the achievements of different squadrons and the achievements of PAF Bases. There are some rare photographs and the reprints of paintings you may want to check out in the galleries. Over 30 aircraft are on show, including an Indian Gnat that was captured by Pakistani forces in 1965. If you are hungry you can grab a quick snack from the canteen. There is a children's playground as well where they can pass their time while the adults indulge in the history of Pakistan.
The museum is around 12 km away from the city center. You could take a taxi, Uber or Careem.
