The Vytautas Kasiulis Art Museum is situated in a beautiful Neo-Classical building dating back to the 20th century. It combines both a museum and an art gallery and houses a permanent collection of the many works by Vytautas Kasiulis donated to Lithuania. In 1944 Vytautas Kasiulis escaped Lithuania and fled to Austria. Afterward, Germany was his destination and at the end of the journey, he ended up settling in the beautiful city of Paris.
