Marienplatz has always been Munich's central square and the most popular tourist spot since the city's foundation. You can reach there by Underground (U-Bahn), Suburban trains (S-Bahn).
The trains are available every 4 minutes and the routes are - S1, S2, S3, S4, S6, S8. Or, take a taxi via Maximilianspl., Oskar-von-Miller-Ring, Altstadtring-Tunnel, and Karl-Scharnagl-Ring to Hildegardstraße. It is 4 km from the city center and the taxi fare many come to 7.5 EUR
