This park offers great views of the surrounding city. Visit the park at any time of the day and see the many visitors come here to exercise, socialize, laze around amidst the numerous flower-beds or just to spend some quality time. Taking the stairs one can go up the hill from where one can get a vantage view of the civic center and Futian in the background. Come night and the buildings are lit up with LED lights which is absolutely scintillating. The park during weekends is a veritable sea of humanity all happily engrossed in some activity or the other like the babies blowing bubbles, singing, playing ball. Also, check out the paddle boats on the lake. A veritable cultural ethos wherein all of China can be found in one place.
