Taipei 101 tower has a total of 101 floors akin to its name. This tall green building has an observatory open for visitors to learn about the engineering marvels of this stunning structure. The building is incorporated with hi-tech modern safety measures, made to withstand harsh setbacks from natural disasters. A unique feature of the building is the “double stairstep” design that reduces the effects of dangerous oscillations caused by high winds, allowing the structure to stand tall even in reckless typhoons. Designed traditionally along the lines of an Asian pagoda amalgamating the tools of modern technology, the Taipei 101 is a wonder constructed on land.
By Taipei metro, it will take 5 minutes. Line 801 train and Line 1915 bus will take approximately 7 minutes and 12 minutes. A taxi will take 4 minutes to reach the destination.
