About La Rosaleda Stadium

La Rosaleda stadium is home for all those football fans in Málaga. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains that complement the stadium from where you get the best view of Mount Gibralfaro. The official inauguration was on the 14th of September, 1941. Since then La Rosaleda has hosted League games, Copa del Rey, UEFA Champions League matches, nine Spain games as well as three group stage matches and so on.

 In the honor of legendary players, a part of Málaga is dedicated to the footballing history at the Paseo de Martiricos stadium which includes players like Miguel, Viberti, Benítez, Bazán, Gallardo, Andrés Perales, and Ben Barek among others. If you are are a football fan, it is highly recommended to not leave Malaga without visiting La Rosaleda Stadium as you will get the real feel of football fever once here
