About Peggy Guggenheim Museum

The Peggy Guggenheim Museum contains some of the most striking modern art collections in Italy. Painters ranging from Picasso, Dali, Ernst, Pollack, Miro, and numerous other modern greats all find a place here.
This stunning personal collection of Peggy Guggenheim is housed in an elegant palazzo which was her home for nearly 30 years. The sculpture gardens in the complex are equally bold and impressive.
The museum, quite popular with art lovers and tourists, lies alongside the Grand Canal and offers lovely views.
