The Temple Mount or the Mount of the House is the holy sanctity for Islam, Christianity, and Judaism alike. The hill is referred to as Haram Al-Sharif by the followers of Islam religion and is located in the heart of the old city of Jerusalem. For thousands of years, the hill has attracted religious veterans from around the world. The present site is a flat plaza which is surrounded by walls on all sides and dominated by three monumental structures - al-Aqsa Mosque, the Dome of the Rock, Dome of the Chain, and four minarets.
Take Egged Bus 8, 38 to reach the Jaffa Gate bus stop. Walk for 12 minutes to reach Temple Mount.
The Tourist Bus 99 also stops at the Jaffa Gate bus stop. Walk for 12 minutes to reach Temple Mount.
