Museum Bank Indonesia is a building which was headquarters to a long defunct bank, the museum is dedicated to the history of money and political power. The impressive building showcases vaults and the expensively grand committee rooms and chairman’s office. The gold vaults, an excellent collection of coins and old banknotes from many other countries, as well as an Indonesia showcase of the financial history of the country.
Located in Kota Tua (Jakarta Old Town) visitors can take buses from Gambir Station.
