Prague Zoo is one of the most prominent zoos and is ranked 10th in the world. There are around 4,800 animals in the zoo. It is an enthralling and exciting place for parents, as well as kids. It has an exquisite display of salamander, giraffe exhibits, imitation steamy indoor tropical jungle, and features many additional animal enclosures. The zoo is on a mission to save a wide variety of endangered species and native ones. Situated in the north of the city center and stretching up to 143 acres, it is widely-spread animal exhibit. Opened in 1931, the Prague Zoo is also aimed towards animal education and research, enabling the public and academicians to have a platform for a detailed study on animal life and behavior.
