The Jewish Quarter is one of the oldest historical sites in Prague. The place has various statues which relate to ancient times. The area outside the Josef is calm and serene and visitors can take a stroll to explore the Jewish museum and shops. The Jewish Quarter was situated in the castle district, an area that was considered a slum. It was eventually transformed to become a prominent place, with a variety of shops and historic sites, with diverse architecture and statues adorning the place.
