It is believed that the best way to see Dubrovnik’s Old Town is from above. View the Old Town from above via the Dubrovnik Cable Car station which is just outside the Old Town, as it will give a birds-eye view of the ancient streets. From above the red-roofed city looks fascinating and compliments the expanse of the blue Adriatic sea. People prefer to watch the sunset as the whole scene gets a beautiful golden glow. Here you will also find the war museum and a café near the station, which makes it worth the trip to the Old Town. It has preserved its beautiful Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque churches, monasteries, palaces, and fountains.
To reach the Old town you could either take a bus or a taxi. If you are taking a bus: 1A, 1B, and 3.
