Take a bus to Pascaballos from the intersection of Calle 30 and Carrera 17 (30 minutes, COP 1,800) and then a mototaxi to Playa Blanca from Pascaballos.
You can reach by speedboat from Mercado Bazurto. It is a 45 minute ride and can cost you $20,000COP to $40,000 COP one way.
