  • Walk- Walk from Montreal to Notre- Dame Basilica takes 47 min

Tips

  • For the first-timers who will be visiting the basilica: Please note, the correct attire must be worn. When visiting Notre Dame Cathedral please do not wear shorts, dresses in bare shoulders and miniskirts as it will not be accepted. 
  • If you are a football fanatic you should log on to Notre Dame's GAME DAY website. 
  • With or without the pass you will have to take your time in the queue.
  • Climb to the top of Notre Dame is a long climb around 387 steps so please dress and wear shoes likely
  • In order to climb the tower, you must reach the destination early.
  • As advisable though no dress code, yet dress appropriately for the church.
