The temple was dedicated by King Jayavarman VII to his father Dhararandra. It has a splendid bridge at the entrance, followed by green trees which intertwine with the buildings reminding one of the Ta Prohm Temple. The temple has preserved the structures with a lot of carvings and statues. It presents the true picture of the ancient Cambodian culture, as not much restoration has been done on this site. It is spectacular for its grandeur and attracts the tourist for its peaceful and serene atmosphere.
