Teleferico is the cheapest and safest way to view La Paz. The various Teleferico in La Paz are worth the time to avoid traffic. It is the longest cable car systems which go up and down the mountains of the city. The transit system had three original lines: Red, Yellow, and Green, which symbolize the Bolivian flag. Later two more lines were built and future ones are also in progress. Each line has multiple stops. One can spend an entire day using all the lines in a row and simply gaze at the beautiful city from above.
It is also the main mode of transportation from La Paz–El Alto. Each car can hold up to 10 people. Every second of travel, there is something new to see: the massive graveyard with coffins, views of beautiful mountains, Illimani, and many more.
There are many Teleferico stations in the city.
