The Mikhail Bulgakov Museum, officially also called the Literature-Memorial Museum to Mikhail Bulgakov is a museum that is dedicated to the Russian writer Mikhail Bulgakov, who was born in Kiev. The establishment of the museum commenced in February 1989 and got completed in the month of May 1991. The museum plays host to more than 2500 pieces of Bulgakov's belongings like his books, photos, postcards etc. These belongings are a testament to the creativity that lived within this brilliant writer. The building of the museum, which was erected in the year 1888 and was designed by the architect N Gardenin. The museum staff too is brilliant when it comes to collecting studies and research and they also help in the release of unreleased materials. Apart from this, the museum also conducts regular book-club meetings.
Can be reached via Great Zhytomyr and Ascension descent street in 15 minutes. Prefer a cab for commutation.
