Tips

  • There are lots of different amusements for all ages
  • Even if it's very hot in the summer, the park provides lots of shade and refreshing places with water sprays all over
  • You may find easy transportation to the park or just drive and leave your car in one of the many parking zones
  • Food and beverages are easy to buy in the park
  • One nice touch is the fine mist water sprays they have over the walkways, just enough to cool you down without wetting you through
  • Do not be discouraged if it is hot or the peak of summer - just make sure you put on your hats and suntan lotion and keep yourself well hydrated. There are kiosks/water fountains/restaurants all around the park and sprinklers/misters overhead. Kids would love the water area so put on swimsuits under their clothes
  •  Study the show schedules and be there a few minutes in advance to get a good spot
  • Going on a weekend can be a problem regarding the waiting time for the most popular rides/attractions
  • Your kids should be taller than 1 meter otherwise they can't ride most of the rides
  •  Don't forget to stay until the night when they have an amazing show at the lake
  •  It pays to arrive early and take the main rides (eg. Ciklón, El Jaguar, El Desafio, Anaconda, Iguazu, Orinoco) first as they will get crowded later in the day .and later on, you may like to repeat
  • You can even buy online tickets and avoid lines
  • You can't wear sunglasses but who cares, they are strict about jewelry so get a locker and take it off before the slides
  • Hours vary by season
