Flora Fountain, also known as 'Hutatma Chowk' since 1960, is one of India's Heritage structures. Built in 1864, Its a famous tourist spot located in the city of Mumbai. The name 'Flora' is derived from the name of the Roman Goddess of Flowers. Its situated right in the middle of the fort business center where you find a lot of buildings, housing banks, insurance companies, and other corporate offices. The Flora fountain is sculptor made from Portland stone and is coated with white oil paint. This magnificent statue of the Roman Goddess is installed right at the top of the structure, which makes the fountain even more beautiful. People who come to Mumbai usually do have this place on their list of sights to see.
If you are traveling by train the closest would be Chatrapati Shivaji Terminal as it is the main railway station. The Bombay Central, Churchgate, Dadar, and Kurla are other prominent railway stations closest to the Monument.
By road, you can hire taxis or reach the destination, as the area is well-connected by road. Public buses are also available.
