The perfect place to take your young kids when holidaying in Egypt, the Alexandria Zoo is a small collection of wildlife from all over the world. The campus has a large park, garden and a playground for children to play at. It has some animals in cages such as a hippo, hyenas, oryxes, monkeys, a snake and reptile house, a small birds section and an informative museum. In the snake house, you will see an Egyptian cobra too! There have been some reported cases of mistreatment of the animals at the zoo as well.
There are many ways you can get to Alexandria Zoo such as train, taxi, private cars, bus, metro, etc that you can take to get to Alexandria Zoo, The following transit lines have routes that pass near Cairo Egypt - Metro: M2; Bus: 1107, IC66.
