The neoclassical presidential building of Casa De Narino is one of the important tourists' spots in the city of Bogota. This is the home and main working hub for the President of Colombia. The building is dedicated not only to carry out the administrative work of the President but is also devoted to works of art representing the different periods in the history of art. The building houses the main office of the executive branch and is designed by famous architects, Gaston Lelarge and Julian Lombana. The building suffered some damage during El Bogotazo riots and was restored back to its glory in 1979.
