The Pao de Acucar (aka cable car) is an excellent ride to get to the top of the Sugar Loaf Mountain. The cable car can hold up to 60 people and is a fast and exhilarating ride that gets you to the top of the mountain next to Sugar Loaf. No fear as it's all very safe and organized. You can have lunch or a snack as you take in the amazing views from the Morro da Urca. Perfect for families out on a picnic. Sugar Loaf is located in Urca with two cable cars going to to the top. The first mountain is around 220m high, from there you see the beauty of Guanabara Bay and even the city of Niteroi, across the bridge.
