About Batts Rock

Batts Rock is located on the west coast of Barbados close to Bridgetown in Saint Michael parish.
The sea here is calm and excellent for swimming with the crystal-clear waters.
There are some local green monkeys which can be seen hanging out on the woods behind the beach.
Some catamaran cruises also include a stop at Batts Rock beach for a swim. It is a lovely public beach with some coral statues built on the beach.
Lots of facilities are there on the beach like bathrooms, picnic area, lifeguard, kids playground, cold drinks machine & free parking. A fab spot to look out for is the turtles which feed around the rocks to the right of the bay. There's a restaurant/bar on the beach.
