Welcome yourself to an institute that believes in upholding every part of Vietnamese culture, the yellow slab concrete building is considered as one of the most respected places in Vietnam. The sculptures inside the building are neatly spaced out and are strategically organized in chronological order. The Cham sculptures are unique as they feature several forms that are not seen in their neighboring countries with animals like lion and monkeys being used more predominantly than dragons. The core concept of the institute was to showcase the unique set of art and design that holds true to the region than the more diluted art that can be seen in other religious sites or historic locations around Hoi An. As the art is not sold to other potential buyers frequently it's more likely that visitors may not witness the same sculptures in other museums around the world, so don't miss the opportunity and remember to visit the Da Nang Museum of Cham sculptures when in Hoi An.
