Glacier Bay National Park is one of the world’s finest parks that blends nature, wildlife, and adventure. The park is loved by adventure and outdoor sports enthusiasts who find the park catering to their needs in every way possible. It also plays host to a variety of wild animals that can be spotted all over. The beauty of the retreating glacier with which began the conception of this park is a sight to behold and is the main draw for many tours and guided trips.
UNESCO even recognized and gave the Glacier Bay a world heritage site designation. Aside from thrill-seekers, the park is also the perfect camping getaway due to it being semi-isolated. It encompasses a vast area where one can explore and even go days without human contact. Camping here is regulated but with reasonable leniency, so you can do everything you want by following the permissible procedures. Glacier Bay National Park deserves to be a permanent bookmark in every person’s travel ledger who has ever fancied themselves with a thoroughly rugged, exciting, and invigoratingly wild outdoor experience.
