The Norwegian Museum of Science & Technology was founded in 1914, as an educational institution offering collections, exhibitions, publications, and other activities. The primary purpose is to illustrate the connection of progress made in technology, science, medicine, and industry across the ages. Through its collections and exhibits, it depicts the development of Norway from an agrarian civilization to a complex industrial civilization. While there is plenty for the entire family to enjoy and learn from, the museum is aimed at children. There are plenty of fun activities for children like the fun interaction with robots and the planetarium for the 3-D movies showing the wonders of our universe. You would learn how Norway has come this far with the help of technology. Plan a day for this museum where interesting exhibits will excite your curiosity.
