Ramnagar fort is built in Mughal architecture with sand stones, cream colored stones has made the entire fort exterior of cream color. The fort consist of a king's resisdence, Veda Vyasa Temple and a museum, also one hanuman temple facing the southern direction of the fort. Museum is known as the saraswati bhawan, which is famous fro the collections of American vintage cars, with precious sedan chairs, ivory work. The collection of jewels from the medieval period, gold and silver brocaded royal Palanquins. Unique astromonical clock is in the fort that not on;y show date and time but also the astronomical details of Sun, Moon and other planets. Festivals are one of the best part in Ramanagar fort when the dramatic performnaceon Ramlila takes place,people from different parts of the country arrives to watch the festival. Raj mangal, that start from assi ghat to ramnagar fort, people dancing, singing with a procession of boats enjoying the festival.
