About Attica Zoological Park

A customary visit to a zoological park in every country that you visit is a must. However, every zoo will be slightly different from the one before. Yet another unique and mesmerizing addition to the list is the Attica Zoological Park in Spata, Greece. This 20-hectare wide space houses 290 different species, totaling to about 2,000 animals.

Open every day of the year, across all seasons, this private zoo is much loved and popular in the country. Since its inception in 2000, many numerous additions and expansions have been made here. From a bird park, world of reptiles, African Savannah, a section for Big Cats, to walk-in aviaries and a section dedicated to Arid lands housing animals like camels. More so, the park is said to have hosted two Persian leopards as a part of their breeding and reintroduction program as well.

No amount of words would do justice to the enormity and unique experience of this spectacular zoological park. It will be an especially special adventure for families with children or animal lovers.
