About The Art Gallery of Ontario

Life imitates art and vice versa. At the AGO, there are over 90,000 works depicting Canadian, European and African masterpieces. It is not merely a collection of valuable pieces of art, but feels like a walking inspiration even for a novice. It is another feather in the cap that the museum celebrates works of under-represented artists. The fine pieces of art and sculptures, the global photographs and videos and stunning architecture to top it all leaves you thoroughly impressed. Permanent exhibits and the dynamic special exhibitions leave a profound impact on the visitors, some who openly confess that they reflect long after they leave the place.
