About Reserva Ecologica

Reserva Ecologia is a nature park where residents and tourists head to have close encounters with the wild. Sandwiched between the mushrooming high-rises of Puerto Madero and the Rio de la Plata riverbank, this 350-acre marshland makes for a heart-warming sight. This well-protected reserve has become a refuge for several birds - apparently, there are nearly 300 species here and animals. Away from the hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, the reserve has also emerged as a popular tourist attraction, with the setting being perfect for leisurely strolls, birding, bike rides, and other outdoor activities. With suitable boarding and lodging available one can spend some time amidst the chirping and twittering of the innumerable bird species.
