Tips

  • Zoom up to the 124th or 125th floor in the world's fastest elevator to enjoy 360 degrees views of the city.
  • The uppermost outdoor observatory deck is closed to the public.
  • People with acrophobia kindly refrain from the experience.
  • Tickets to the top are not cheap so decide on your budget.
  • Decide the time of day you'd like to visit. Peak times (outside of Ramadan) are late afternoon and sunset, usually 3.30 p.m to 6.30 p.m.
  • Plan the rest of your day in downtown Dubai.
  • Enjoy the views!
  • Do book in advance.
  • The best time to visit the Burj Khalifa is at sunset. Do keep in mind that reservations between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.are considered ‘prime hours’ and, thus, cost more.
  • Book an entry time approximately 90 minutes earlier. This will ensure you’ve had plenty of time to arrive at the observation deck.
  • Time your visit for early morning (8:30 a.m to 10:00 a.m), early afternoon (1:30 p.m to 3:30 p.m), or after 8:30 p.m to avoid the crowds.
