How to reach

It is 3.6 km from the city center.

You can take a bus from Long Street to the V&A Waterfront Citysightseeing office. There is a bus every 10 minutes and the ticket cost is R 180.

  • Each parking garage is patrolled and monitored around the clock.
  • There is a parking fee except for seniors.
  • There are always special concessions for senior citizens.
  • The place will be crowded during weekends.
  • Free Parking, anywhere at the V&A, Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m for senior citizens.
  • Many restaurants are available in the area.
  • Kiddie Tags (child identification wristband service) are available.
  • You can rent a stroller for children.
  • The place has wheelchairs and temporary, disabled parking discs.
