About King Abdul Aziz Historical Centre

The King Abdul Aziz Historical Center is an integrated planned project made to house various museums to depict art, culture, and history of the city. The center houses a mosque, a library, and its centralized part has a vast museum. The museum aims at passing knowledge and information about the traditions, culture, and living of the civilization through visual and technical methods. Besides this, the place has an activity area, a reception, and other small areas to indulge in different undertakings. The wide gallery made inside the museum has scenes and paintings depicting the pilgrimage to the Sacred Mecca and Medina and its importance. The architecture, the exhibits, the paintings, and the structures are all well enough to keep the tourists spellbound.

How to reach

Via Dirab Rd and King Fahd Rd/Route 65

Get on Dirab Rd/Route 505 from Dirab Branch Rd, turn right onto Dirab Branch Rd, take the ramp on the left onto Dirab Rd/Route 505. Follow Dirab Rd and King Fahd Rd/Route 65 to King Fahad Branch Rd. Exit from King Fahd Rd/Route 65. Follow King Fahad Branch Rd to King Saud Rd and reach the destination. The fare cost is 15 SAR to 18 SAR.
