Declared as the tallest skyscraper in Riyad in 2014, the Capital Market Authority Tower excels in terms of architecture and engineering. The ultramodern structure, built to meet LEED Gold certification requirements was planned to concentrate most of the financial and economic activities to one common place. Designed in the shape of a trapezoid, the tower tapers inwards and outwards as it rises. The special diamond shape aims to allow a lot of natural light to seep into the building. This 80-story tower, a complete world in itself, describes the advanced planning and structural designing that the city has to exhibit.

Take Dirab Rd to King Fahd Rd/Route 65, head northeast, turn left toward Dirab Branch Rd, turn right onto Dirab Branch Rd, take the ramp on the left onto Dirab Rd/Route 505 and continue straight to stay on Dirab Rd/Route 505. Follow King Fahd Rd/Route 65. Exit from King Fahd Rd/Route 65 and take King Fahad Branch Rd to your destination. The fare cost of the taxi is 13 SAR to 15 SAR.
