Peaceful, lavishly green and prolific, the Golden Belt Walk is one of the posh areas in Al-Khobar. It is basically a two-way, well-planned road surrounded by magnificent, beautiful houses that are practically palatial. A walking track and park area are provided between two roads. These belts are neatly decorated with the flowers, palm trees, and attractive giant rocks. The Golden Belt is one of the VIP areas near the affluent and opulent section of the city. Wide streets, huge villas, and palace-like buildings are a sight to cherish here. There is exercise equipment and supporting structures for different types of exercise at both ends of the walkway. It's an amazing place for a family visit during weekends and holidays and a perfect place to bond together.
It is 14 km from the city center. One can hire a taxi or take a personal vehicle.
There are no meters in Saudi Arabian taxis, so the price must be agreed in advance. As most drivers do not speak English, one should ask an Arabic speaker to order a taxi for you.
