Bialik House is a preserved library of 94 books translated into 28 languages. A representative of true Hebrew architecture unique to the Middle East, the interiors are evocative and alluring with Oriental features including a tower, outdoor terraces, domes, pointed-arch windows, and extensive tile work. The distinctive feature is a Judea-Capta coin issued by Emperor Titus after their defeat of the Jewish revolts. It depicts a woman, Judea, sitting under a palm tree in chains and the Roman emperor in armour standing above her. It symbolizes the liberation of Judea as the chain breaks. The house was constructed under the supervision of Israel's first finance minister during that period.
