Located on the 31st floor of the tallest building in Quebec City, the observation floor is the highest point at 221 meters, offering a 360-degree panoramic view of the city. Though a popular tourist spot, the observatory is not overly crowded as it is quite large. Meant to capture the essence of the history that lead to the Quebec which we see today, there are interactive touchscreen terminals, soundscapes, and 3D images, with information about major landmarks in the city. It helps visitors get an overall perspective of the city from the top and hence makes it the best tourist spot to start your city tour with.
